Greetings,

I will keep it simple... For the love of god, please include the ability for players to edit the name of their Mechs in the next patch. It is such a simple thing to do and many players request it.

Players change the load out of their Mechs all the time, it would be nice if we could change the names according to the weapon class. For someone with a slight OCD disorder, this is killing me!

It is a needed update and not that difficult to implement. I would do it myself if they let me!

My guess: They are putting off any nonessential UI features until the "frontend" overhaul scheduled for the new year (IIRC).

yeah, i couldn't think of a name when i first bought my mech, and now i have a name. But I can't change it = =

I put a lot of thought into my first mech's name, but then I realized the names aren't visible to other players so I said to hell with it.. cookie cutter names for everyone!

Sorry to necro, but I'd like to bring this up again.

I'd love to be able to rename my mechs, especially the Founders ones. I know PGI has a lot of important things to work on, but surely this wouldn't be too hard to do?

Come on PGI. I made a keyboard error when I spent my $30 with you today and now I have a Mech called ''Miser''.

Sheesh. Let us rename our Mechs.

like miser can i have your watch when you are dead? I'm not even sure why you get to change your if non gets to see it... Like I named a raven No More, it would help to be able to change your name. No one gets to see that classic, and i cant remember which variant it was..
