I ask this:

Are we allowed to change the colors on the Hero 'Mechs? The answer is: Yes.

What about the Founder's Mechs? Answer: No!

Why not? I paid as did those who joined me in getting them. So why can't we change the outlook on our 'Mechs? For reasons i cannot fathom at the moment, I can only reason that the Developers have their killjoy idea on why not but seriously, we founders should have some leeway in allowing us to change the appearance of the 'Mech. I mean, just selecting two colors is not enough for us. C'mon, Devs, throw us a ham bone here, will ya? Give us the means to change our Mechs as we like with the current choices in camouflage. Please!

On another note, I would not mind placing images prevalent to the BattleTech and MechWarrior Universe. Who wouldn't want to place a Wolf's Dragoons insignia on their Atlas?? I for one would, or a House Davion insignia.

Paint is on the way. they have to remake the founder's cammo to allow it basically. There was a Feature Article at Penny Arcade that explained how they make mechs a while back.

I guess the heroes are easier to do because of the way they were made.


Logos/decals are a different thing... those come out with Community Warfare I think. I've seen them in videos, so at least some of the house ones are done.
