No please. Trying to port mechwarriors over to the xbox is what killed the mechwarrior game Fanchette. You have to dumb down the game to much and take away to much of the control to do that. That is plain and simple a bad idea the further mechwarrior gets away from consoles and back to computer only the better it will get.

Morale de cette histoire: Never let a "Partner" (or anyone outside of your company for that matter) dictate you how to Marketing your product/idea...

Ah, Christmas is canceled for me at least, no relatives getting any presents, putting out a sign of "Extra bills to pay this year", and I'll be changing my bedroom in to a "pod room", plus the mechs I've added on my "to buy list". Now as soon as Artemis' price tag is set, I'll know what will finish the whole setting.(Have to get a divorce I presume for good, but hey, I was told to follow my instinct in life, and the game is appearing to be one such as that in my book)

- Now where's that PGI bank-account I can send these savings...

I stopped by the Razer booth this afternoon, saw the prototype Artemis and it looks great. Got my hands on the game... and my hype meter went through the roof. Very impressed, I've been waiting a decade for "this" game. Can't Wait!

You really don't have to, but the business model isn't right for 360. If we see it on any console, it will likely be the PS3.

good news for everyone with low end systems, it runs on the razor laptop, and that thing only has a 2 ghz ish quad, 4 gigs or ram and a 560m video card.

Hence the "porting" aspect. Expanding the brand isn't a bad idea, and it gives a variety of games under the brand. I like both mech sims and mech arcade, so no reason to close doors that don't have to be.
