3 games crashed on the third. Bye bye MWO. you are done for the day. Off to play things that let me stay connected.

This is now completely unplayable. I have patched up, and still get kicked to desktop/interface shows my mech is still playing. You guys gonna give me back the MANY free kills that I have given up now? This is just bad. Some people have paid to do this testing lol.

have since changed all the settings I can and still can't finish a single game.

Interesting. After a crash, if you relaunch the game and play without restarting the computer, the game utilizes more than four times the normal amount of system resources. But it's at least twice as stable (which is still very unstable).

Whenever 2 people are playing in my house the game crashes for at least one of us... this never happened before this patch, in fact we were both playing with about 75 ping consistently.

Ok, so my feedback after a lot of games with this patch are as follows:

Games played: 80
-----------------------------
Game freezes (had to kill the program): 21
Freezes by map:
Spoiler


Crashes to Mechlab: 1
Crashes to Desktop: 1
Mechlab window freezing on exit attempt: not counted, but likely ~25% chance

I don't know, if the "server disconnects" you are currently investigating more closely are causing these freezes on the client or if these are something different.

If you want to play you can use cyberghost VPN. It has worked for me everytime so far even though my ping is higher and I do get some lag from time to time but at least I can play. I did a test just now and disabled VPN and connected normally and BOOM right to mech lab. Profan mentioned this in another post and for me it has worked.

After 3 complete games, I started crashing again. 4 times in a row during the middle of games.

It seems when my kids are online playing another game, I disconnect. Also noticed when my wife is using the line for work (using a vpn) I start crashing. My ping is still below 50 in either instance but I still crash.

Something is wrong with the "improved" net code that they implemented on the last patch.

I switched from Symantec Endpoint Protection (Symantec being to corporate version of Norton) to a different product and just played 3 in a row without crashing.

this is a known issue now. the game is not forgiving of any packet loss. iv been crashing since april.

Well I just played 3 games with no one else online. Crashed on the 3rd game. Game needs to be fixed.

damn straight! i really like playing this game, the battles get very intense and team work is fun with my merc corp but im the only one that seems to be having problem among them.

Have played 8 matches in the last 2 days after reinstalling, 7 have crashed to mechlab. Had minimal issues before the patch.

Hotpatched fixed nothing, I've crash in 10/10 games since.

You BROKE my game, Piranha. You already did a half baked job making it.

Have crashed in 9/10 games since patch. Hotfix did not reduce the amount. My crashes are all hardlock, though. Settings were set to Very High initially, has repeated both in High and Medium.

Crashes seem random. Cannot figure out how to induce them. It's not an overheating issue. I have nothing else running, antivirus is turned off. No browser open. I have used it both with Steam open and closed, associated with Steam and not.

I paid for the three days of premium time and I can count the number of matches I have actually finished in the past two days on one hand. I'm tempted to demand a refund, even if it was only 390 MC.

This game is quickly plummeting to the bottom of my ***** list, which is pretty sad considering its an awesome game.

Hundreds of people are quickly getting frustrated and fed up, won't be long before the game starts to implode. A solution is needed, not a hot fix or a temporary, but an ACTUAL fix.

I'm having the same issue. I'm also noticing that once I've got Task Manager up, the memory use for MWO is increasing by approx 1Mb/sec.

Ugh, the game is unplayable now. Thought the repair tool might have fixed things yesterday, since I had several games with no issues after using it, but the crashes are back today. Can't get more than a minute into a game without crashing back to the mechlab. Wiping the shaders folder and running the repair tool doesn't help at all.

Absolutely same. Game is completely inplayable. Falls to mechlab 10 times of 10, but at random time from the start. May be this will help to delelopers:
- Game NOT falls in a testing grounds (may be I was lucky, but)
- This is not a hardware issue - stress-tested system with other games, including running by Cryengine and had no problems, then maxed out coolers settings - temp not raised above 50C, but MWO falls.
...and I always see an empty Charlie team in a game...may be something with netcode, I can't check your sourses, sorry)))

Hope you locate the bug soon or just get back to previous version having more time to find it. The MWO itself is a great idea. Good luck, Piranha!

add one to the total unable to play list. Crashes to mechlab every single match. Seems PGI does not care as we have had no feed back , zip. A very poor showing on PGI´s part.

O well back to the Knights of the Old republic , not so good but it does not crush on me.
