Solved my issue:

If you're like me and have a wireless router connected to your modem, connecting directly to your modem (wirelessly or by cable) might fix your problem; rather than connecting to the wireless router that is connected to your modem.

Ignore last post..... I ran into the error yet again. Game is unplayable... time to move on until they get this mistake fixed
