^duh. however notice that 3rd missile point is 2 tubes, so put an lrm 15 in there and watch what happens. Once again, limiting a 3rd missile hardpoint is absolutely stupid being in the LT.
I'm, annoyed that the missile hardpoints are limited by the tubes and are less versatile than the highlander. The hgn will match tube count much better making it a better platform for missiles overall. heaven forbid we get something with the possibility of speed, srms, and JJs on an assault, we might pucker the snipers too much.
If you want an LRM15, use LRM10+LRM5 and you have a full 15 tubes. I've fired them after testing this and all 15 came out at once. It's only when you try to push more than 15 than you run into the limit of 17 tubes. Considering most Victors were built for SRM4 and this one was expanded to SRM6, I'm pretty happy that I can get as many tubes as I can crammed into it its left torso.
The highlander's original art (long before this game existed) had a much larger missile bay to begin with as it was meant for a large LRM launcher, and that add-on missile pack can be seen in the original art too. They try to stay close to the original art and design, and I can appreciate that.
Beyond that? Cry me a river, these aren't
Omnimechs. They were not designed to fit just anything in them anywhere. You have plenty of powerful weapon combinations to play with on this mech. If you want a ****ing highlander then go play a ****ing highlander.
