Deathmatch

Reasons why a deathmatch mode would be good:
- More exp and cb for everyone.
- Less griping and swearing.
- Better use of the current terrain. As it is every match plays out about the same because you don't dare try to get too far from your base...the inevitably leads to an engagement in roughly the same grid...every time.
- MORE PLAYERS TO BUY YOUR DLC. I know personally 5 people that won't play anymore because they're tired of wasting their time. Most people like mechwarrior for the combat...

And as far as trying to find that last person, at least the time was not wasted that led up to trying to find the last mech in the last few minutes of a match, instead of only getting a few minutes of a match.

I was in a drop the other day with a bugged cap point. It was incredibly boring, esp when we got down to just a few people who I assume were running around not finding each other.

I am fine with having a base that can be capped when there is only one person left on either team to keep someone from running off and hiding.

At the very least make a Solaris VII game world for 12v12 duels, if you don't want every map to have deathmatch.

Like any feedback, just because the devs don't respond does not mean it hasn't been heard. Just because the devs decide to not implement a suggestion right away (or at all) does not mean players are being ignored.

There are features and bugs that are considerably higher on the priority list at this point. This idea will have to wait for now. Besides, I like capping, both in assault and conquest.

Conclusion:
Well, seem they prefer capping than the death match mode. So I think this idea will be put in the lowest priority by them. Sadly for me that this death match only available in my dream....
