Id be asking for what type of PSU it is, how old etc. PSU's get more inefficient over time. Be careful if this is a PSU from a prebuilt computer (ie from bestbuy) as they often spec very cheap PSU's which dont age well. I am not great with power requirement calculations but i would be also concerned that 350W is not enough especially with aging.
Be extremely careful with that mobo, bent pins can be sketchy at best, also i would ask what defects are on the board, as the seller mentions it.

at first - plz summarize your parts in a list. makes things easier for everyone who wants to help!
2nd - if your budget is limited I would suggest some AMD stuff! something like:
phemon 2 x4 965
am3+ board
I guess you can have that 2 parts for the price of the i3 and your mainboard is ready for the next generation of amd processors, if you ever want to upgrade.
3rd - get some solid PSU! remember: this thing puts juice into every part of your PC, you want it to be good!
4th - that low profile graphic cards are really ..small, but for playing games like MW:O you should get something like a Nvidia 460 TI / AMD HD5870 minimum, to have some decent FPS.
5th - I would buy a new HDD
good night

My biggest concerns.
Case is a good deal but with only 350W Power expect to need to upgrade, Not much ventilation visible, you may need a good CPU cooler, will the case fit your chosen MoBo. For only $15 it may be worth the chance.
Biggest concern here is the MoBo. Bent pins are bad news, the most expensive item in this build is the processor, is it worth the risk of damaging it?
The graphics card listed are all older cards but the GeForce 520 might serve you needs until you can afford to upgrade. Be aware that this card will eat 300W of that little 350W PSU in your chosen case. In hindsight the case may not even have the proper power connectors for a newer video card.

I suggest waiting until you can spend money on.
i5 at least If not an i7.
750w PSU
Gtx 460ti don't forget you can sli three of these later if you so chose.
Ram is Ram
A case is a case. If your board fits.
If you get a hard disk you should get an SSD.

Since you're a canadian I'll use newegg.ca and use a 5800k as a placeholder. You can probably find a better deal
CPU+GPU: a10 5800k $136
MB: MSI FM2-A55M $68
RAM: 2133 MHz GeiL EVO Leggara Series $80
PSU: Corsair 430M $52
CASE: Cheap Rosewill microATX midtower case $32
HDD: That cheap one you listed or something similar
Total $420 only a bit over your budget which you can save up before the a10 6800k comes out next month. Also, holy crap stuff is expensive in Canada.
You can also save some money on RAM by buying some cheaper RAM and overclocking it. If you're patient you will be able to find a sale on most of these components and could probably save $30 or $40 dollars and maybe $10-20 on the RAM.
Later on you can upgrade to a good AMD GPU and just use the APU as a quad core CPU. Maybe later on the graphics part of the APU will be useful for physics type work. Plus FM2 is probably going to be around for at least a couple more CPUs so the upgradeability is pretty good.
Alternatively, Get a Phenom ii x4 for $100, get a cheap micro ATX AM3+ mother board, get the cheapest 4GBx2 RAM kit you can find and buy an HD7770 or a used 6850. This will cost more but should give you better performance.

his budget is limited, so you want him to buy a SSD, i7, 750W PSU ? sorry but WRRRROOOOONGG.
you wont even need any i7 for gaming! i5 is all you need!
750W MEAN NOTHING, if the brand is something like LCPower(WORST CRAP EVER MADE). My 385W Enermax PSU is enough for my AMD FX4100 + HD7870 + 3 HDD's + 8GB ram. It cots 65€ for only 385W, but thats what you get.
gtx 460ti triple SLI? it is getting ridiculous! at least I can see why you chose a PSU with 750W....
no offence at all, but some people do not seem to know what they are talking about ....

The advice listed here is going to be your best bet at your current budget, i would strongly suggest you listen to it, rather than the rubbish in some other posts....I7 and an SSD on a $400 budget..really.... /facepalm

CPU: AMD FX4100 (I think around or under $100) The older quad Phenoms are getting into the $60 range now.
GPU 6770 (under $95 now, and the 7770/similar is coming up cheap too, as mentioned above)
RAM 8gigs 1600 (as two 4gig sticks totalling a measly $40)
You should be able to find a decent AM3+ board for $60 or less.
$40-50 will be plenty for a harddrive.
A $15 tower that includes a fan and $30-40+ is left over for a well-reviewed 450-600watt powersupply (I've been using a cheap diablotech 550 for $25 and it's been good for these last two years so far).
$400 of all new parts that've been treating me just fine. Also it's always ran very cool which I've come to appreciate..That's the downfall of a phenom system, they tend toward the hot side and will require you to pay a little more attention to which board you get to make sure it'll handle 125w to the cpu.

OK, I thought I had it posted in the first post but I guess not, it will be used for FSX (Microsoft Flight Simulator X), MWO, WoW(World of Warcraft), LoL(League of Legends), Maybe some other games i.e Minecraft, Kerbal Space Program, Faster Than Light, Doom 3, Halo, Would also be used for surfing the internet, looking things up and watching videos on Youtube.
as for parts, I chose the i3 Cause I was told that the i Series is good for FSX, the i3 is part of the i series and the cheapest yet got a speed of around 3.3GHz Duel Core, also the reason for Nvidea Graphics is cause of FSX but also MWO, with FSX, I was told the ATI Cards could/would have trouble rendering stuff like clouds and causing them to flicker, as for MWO, it's the "Nvidia" Cry engine so I figure a Nvidia card would be decent. as for the case, Ii was told it would Fit Full ATX and Smaller Mobos, Removable side panels on both sides and removable PSU, replied back and asking for Make, Model and Age of the PSU. that cheap ram should be ok, I could get 8GB or DDR3 Ram for $30-40, depends if any is still available and whether or not I go for 1333MHz or the 1600MHz (BTW, as i'm typing this out, I just got a reply from the guy selling the 1333MHz Ram and there is 2 4GB G. Skill sticks left and Lots of the OCZ Gold Sticks Left), as for Mobo, I could look into going new for that, cheapest LGA1155 Mobo I could get is the ASRock H61M-HVS: http://www.canadacom...&item_id=048584 or the MSI H61M-P31/W8: http://www.canadacom...&item_id=053545 , Hard drive: I figure 750GB is all I would need for now and it's 7200RPM for just $35, New 3.5" Desktop hard drives is like $50-60 for only a 360GB or 500 GB, even a new 80GB is like $70 not on sale, plus I could possibly get the 2.5" 500GB from my laptop as secondary/Backup/Storage.
Also note, it might be a while before I could get the parts due to unforeseen event's where I could either spend or keep my money, I have like $297 with a income of $22.75 a month and around $60something at least every 3 months, and I may have to spend $300 to go on summer vacation with my family unless something comes up and me or my family can't go on vacation.
Semi Confirmed Part's list to date:
Standard White ATX Computer Cases with Power Supplies: http://kitchener.kij...QAdIdZ487879175
EVGA NVIDIA GeForce 520 Low-profile graphics card: http://kitchener.kij...QAdIdZ488391160
DDR3 10666 Desktop Memory - G.SKILL 4GB or OCZ Gold Edition OCZ3G1333LV4G 4GB DDR3 PC3-10666 / 1333MHz : http://kitchener.kij...QAdIdZ471717568 or http://kitchener.kij...QAdIdZ487722055
750 GB 3.5" SATA internal desktop Hard drive: http://kitchener.kij...QAdIdZ488319159
Edit: Don't know the Make, model or age of the PSU, I asked the guy and he said it's too many Questions for $15 and to go buy a New one instead (first I asked what type of Mobo will fit then I asked if it got removable side panels and both sides and if the PSU was removable, so only 2 Questions worth $15 Sale to Him), I replied back and asked buy a new Case or PSU, he replied back and said Both, $15 for a Case and 350W Power Supply is a Great Deal, he don't know the Brand of Power supply and he won't Check for $15.

I3's are generally subpar chips compared to the competitor in the AMD side at this price level, the FM2 chips will be far better at every level.
RAM brands are almost identical aside from customer service aspects, 1600Mhz for gaming.
HDD size is not a massive factor on a budget, 750GB is reasonable, but it should be at least a 7200RPM drive.
GPU, a GT 520 is a total waste of time, it is not a GPU meant or designed for gaming, MWO will barely and i mean barely run on that and an i3 chip - Im actually pretty certain it will be unplayable.
$15 is not a bargain for a PSU, it's actually a warning sign pair this with the fact the seller won't even check make and model makes it simply alarm bells. If it's a terrible brand that is known to produce unstable PSU's, and is a few years old your running the risk of having it fail on you and smoking the rest of the computer, PSU's re incredibly important to get right, and before anyone tells you more wattage means nothing.
$500:
Case- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811148060
Power supply- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139049
Motherboard- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813157331
CPU- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819113280
GPU- integrated
RAM- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820148544
HDD- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136769
ODD- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827106289
OS- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16832116986
Is $500 and just outside your budget, but it's the base to begin work with. if you already have an OS lined up you can take that off and already be in budget.
Failing that take the HDD's you talk about above, and your $50 above your budget, you can get 4GB of Crucial Ballistix Sport for $29 which brings you to $419.
Buying an I3 today, and a GT 520 and pre owned un named $15 PSU is like taking your $400 budget, putting it in the toilet and flushing it.
Edit: I do remember someone having issues with AMD intergrated APU's and MSFX, i don't know if they ever got it resolved but even with that for more modern games the APU and adding a standalone 79** series at a later date for hybrid xfire is a better solution.

Going with his suggestions... I personally like AMD, and a Core i5 or i7 is going to cost you alot more than a comparable AMD chip. Check out the FX series or the Phenom... they can be had for $100 and give Core i5 performance levels.
Also, you need a solid PSU... I've seen too many people skimp on the PSU, and then the next thing they know the PSU blows up and they are left having to buy a new motherboard because spending an additional $20 was too much for a quality PSU.
Also, scratch the used Hard Drive. I don't know where you are from, but you can get a new drive on NewEgg.com or TigerDirect.com for $50...

anything more then that would be $50+
As for a HDD, a Brand new one would be likely +$50, cheapest would be $60 unless I go and get it today then it would be $55 for a Seagate Barracuda (ST500DM002) SATA3 6.0Gb/s 500GB 16MB Cache: http://www.canadacom...&item_id=041042
for a extra $3 Not on sale and I could Special Order a WD Blue (WD3200AAKX) 320GB SATA3 6GB/s 7200RPM 16MB Buffer for $63, the 500GB Model is $60 Today only, off sale it's $65, then it goes $75+ Off sale for 1TB and Bigger (Except for a WD Black 500GB $5 off today only for $75, $80 off Sale)

As for Ram, I might be able to Get 2 sticks of 4GB Corsair XMS3 1600MHz Ram for $40: http://kitchener.kij...QAdIdZ485787251, Normally $32 for just 1 4GB Stick or $38 for 2 2GB Sticks of it, and my understanding is that ram is optimized for Intel i5, i7 and Core 2 (how different would i3 Be?)
If I go the AMD CPU and Socket route, I could get a AMD A4-5300 (65W) Dual-Core Socket FM2, 3.4GHz APU, 1Mb Cache, 32nm New for $55: http://www.canadacom...&item_id=058360, or Go all out and spend what I would for the i3 ($120) and get the AMD X6 FX-6300 (95W) Six-Core Socket AM3+, 3.5GHz CPU, 8Mb Cache, 32nm (FD6300WMHKBOX) on sale for $120 if I get it today, Regular price $125: http://www.canadacom...&item_id=053298
as for AMD Mobos, Cheapest FM2 Socket is the MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 for $59: http://www.canadacom...&item_id=054228
