I did not have this problem 2 weeks ago, nor did I have it 2 months ago when I started playing this game.

I could not even use my premium time because your server kept disconnecting me.

I am going to try it again. but that was 6 days worth of premium time I purchased (during the recent sale) that I was unable to use.

Please refund my premium time as it is only fair, and fix the connection problem.

OP, sorry to hear that you're having issues. I really don't think it's on PGI's end. I have no problems connecting. When I do have a problem it's only during the patch process, or it gets fixed very, very soon via hotfix.
