My name is Bagheera, and I am an LB-x-a-Holic. It started with one, back in closed beta when Hunchies were fast. I put it down for a while, came to my senses.

Then the Jager came out, and now I'm getting my fix 2 at a time and chasing them with 4 MGs in a furious hail of underpowered bullets bouncing from the armor of Fatlas the Bold. I should know better, but I can't stop doing it.

the tighter choke has helped some this last patch...but I don't see anything short of an atlas using it since it requires a lot of damage to cut a hole in the armor for the lbx to work its magic.

Hai, my name is Ralgas, and i'm an lbx-a-holic. Since the last buff the lbx has taken a permanent spot on my muromet ...... I just cant help myself though, that gloripus moment when you core all 3rear sections of an ac/40 jagger is like a drug, A DRUG I TELL YOU!!!

Well, it really needs to reduce the spread a bit.. by at least 10%.

I believe more that LBX needs a damage buff.. to make it a better weapon overall... better for brawling when doing damage at close range... letting the AC10 to do well at being concentrated damage @ range.

Every LB-X Mech or MG Mech I saw today, I killed or my team mates demolished. Heck, saw a 6 MG Jager, smoked them too, in a stock AS7-RS no less.

My very good pro tips, "Better luck next time, Don't use LB-X" and "Better luck next time, Don't use MG's."

Pro tip for PGI, please make these things very OP, because I want to be destroyed by them, not laugh at them. I want LB-X Warrior Online, let me be sniped by an OP LB-X, --> PPC has it, so why not? You and me together PGI, we can make it happen!

If you saw them coming they did it wrong. That said they have a terrible time with assault armor

Just had someone (does it fall under the no naming policy if I'm thanking him ?) literally just stand there and let me triple LBX him over and over and over 300 damage later he wasn't dead and one of his teammates killed me. Hooray for the spread! (I was in mlas range, and fired them until I was just about to overheat, in case you were wondering).

I've found LBX used in conjunction with a gauss is effective. Mix of range, spread, damage type and fun.
I will admit I too have considered boating LBX for a match or two... just need a real ballistic assault mech. Like a Hauptman?

I put one on my Misery. 3 PPC for pain plus the old faithful LBX to scare off crows and other little birds. Or to finish off the job, while chilling out, crit style. Love it. *BLAM*

As long as you have fun with the LBX, that is all that matters. Ultimately, we play games to have fun.

That is the upside of the fun and crazy builds in this game

I always enjoy people running one or especially several LBX, then I know I have about twice as much time to survive their attacks than if they had brought a good weapon.

My favorite mech and build is a triple lbx and triple medium laser illya.I mainly do pug matches with it and have a blast.:-)

Hello, my name is Henry, and I'm an LBX-oholic.

I know it is bad, but it makes me feel warm in the inside when using it. Sure it took me about two minutes to grind down a commando in my dragon yesterday, and I sure wasn't pretty afterwards, but those shots just making a hole 'Mech glow are glorious. Please help me.

I have now accompanied the LBX with two SRM-4, way much more fun than SSRMs (they are for cowards anyway). So now I am running around hitting stuff but not even denting them. Please help.

I don't care that I cannot afford to fit AMS, or have enough ammo. Please help me

Please help me getting the reload sound in better sync so I can shoot more.

I've been trying to ween myself off of the LBX for as long as I can remember... Sadly, second only to my MLasers, my LBX has seen almost continual play-time.

At present my "go-to" mech has continued to be the Phract -1X running dual ERPPC, 3x Mlas and the LBX... PPC for ranged work, the Mlas for inbetween and the LBX for close-in mech-on-mech loving...
