If you are not upset, then you simply seem to be an angry person in general. Why else would you phrase it "Is MW:O a joke?". You are very likely just a regular troll

Ever since the official announcement it said "Summer 2012". No specific release date has ever been given beyond that. At no point did any official statement say "Spring 2012".

From what I know, MW:O was always said to be realeased on Summer 2012, with the beta starting a little earlier. So they're not late, definitely. Everything's OK and on time.
Game art? There's a lot of it! Concept art for 'Mechs, screenshots, gameplays, interviews, trailers...
And don't try to scare Piranha Games with a "Gimme your game or I won't give you my money" because 1) this game is F2P; 2) no one cares about your money. I'll bet there are lots of people who will pay for MW:O and Piranha Games will "somehow" survive without your few dollars.
If anything is a joke here, it must be this topic.

Pretty sure that if you spent 2 seconds to look you'd realise people that were lucky enough to get a beta key (DAMN YOU PEOPLE!!) are playing it right now.
Also, people got to play it at E3
Maybe they diddnt send you a key because they were worried about your health and safety. Its not wise to try to sit down in a pilot seat when you have a pole sticking out of your..........
