More than once has it happened that someone felt "entitled" to take over Group Command and swap the lances around, without asking or conferencing.

I usually drop in premades, sometimes as a duo, sometimes as a full-sized lance and it is not really charming when this group is split up.

From what I heard through the rumour mill, people may eventually get rewards for doing "good" as commanders... if that really is the case, there ought to be a voting system in place... in fact, two voting systems.

At first before the drop, so that someone can't just "hog" leadership. And a second time when said leader is either screwing up or doing other nonsense... there HAS to be a chance to demote someone like this, especially BEFORE rewards are offered for this. Otherwise we will just fight among each other over that extra bit of XP or Cbills.
