How to optain it?
I heard rumors, that you need to dance in every sqare of the map for exactly 30 seconds, then shoot your team mate that needs to do the same exactly 30sec after you do it and then cap the enemy base while beeing cored in both legs and beeing out of ammo.
I don't think there is anything true, but you never know with rumors...

All the people in those shots/claims are "special" like doing the podcasts or being a community moderator. Perhaps its a special reward for having helped pgi a good amount.

Saw one today the guy with it said he got it from PC Gamer I dont know whether or not that's true. I cant find anything about that online and there has been no announcement. My guess is that it's been given to a select few for now.

The item is in the game files, just not available for purchase. (yet?)
It may have been a promotion that never happened or was a test item.

And as has been stated it's not from Pc Gamer, there offering was the Nvidia character the winged "Dawn". (though I wish the Hulu girl looked as good as dawn.)

To clearify it for your, that squirrel was a thank you present to the players of the internal invite only game testing pgi was/is participating. So everyone who got it, was a secret tester of future patches etc which all had/have still NDA
