Is any Elite/Legendary/Veteran Founder is in the dev team or they are just people who were here soon enough to get access to some privileged stuff?

Is a PPC a ion cannon? If so, maybe one of you could edit http://en.wikipedia....wiki/Ion_cannon to add MWO as a game using it.

PPCs are electron cannons more than anything else from what I can tell. They fire a stream of charged particles, usually described as lightning (which is a stream of electrons).

Founder packages were available during CB for purchase. They were sort of a pre-order bonus package system, with the different levels giving different rewards. Gold, for instance, gets your name in the credits (when they are implemented), all four Founder mech choices (and four mech bays to hold them), a long stretch of Premium time (three months I think it was), and a bunch of MC.

Founders are not devs, and have no extra impact on the game, other than the implied experience based on the immediate access to CB that came with the packages. Many of them were in the CB before purchasing their Founder packages as well, but there's no kind of CB Veteran indicator to flag those who got in before the early-access buy-in started up.
