Let me explain...no there is too much. Let me sum up.
Elo doesn't seem to work in this game. At least, I feel that it sucks the fun out of the game by punishing me for success.
I don't know whether I am a good or a bad player. I only have the information that PGI has seen fit to provide me: a) my end-of-round score, b ) my K/D ratio, and c) my W/L ratio.
I also have my subjective feelings about how my teammates performed in a match. In general, I find that their contribution to a match roughly corresponds to their end-of-round score; i.e., low means little or no contribution, high means big contribution.
Given all of the above, after a couple hundred matches I am left with the feeling that when I have a streak of wins, I am consistently matched with teammates that are sub-par until I have lost "enough" matches, which usually means losing more matches than I had won in the previous winning streak. In those losing matches, I consistently am in the top 3 in end-of-round scoring.
To put it bluntly: the game is matching me with people below my skill level to make me lose. I do not feel that this is the correct way to match players.

OK cool,I see what your getting at ,you want to be handicapped by the guys you're fight against, not the guys you're fight with. Makes sense to me,if the MM is going to force us into a 50/50 win/loss ratio that would be the way to do it.
