There's more information about the Imperio in Interstellar Players 3: Interstellar Expeditions, as well as (a little more) in The Wars of Reaving Supplemental; but I'd advise reading The Wars of Reaving first before moving in to either of those volumes.

TimelineThe Scorpion saw the lose of some of their holdings an decide to follow the proven tactic of the Adder and Vipers. The Clan gather a large force at to recapture lost territory and to get new one to. The Gamma Galaxy was send as reinforcement to the enclave. The Coyote laid siege to it with their Delta Galaxy. The Gamma Galaxy was seriously damaged, because the Scorpion were not familar with the new designs. Furthermore a tactical error were fatal to them too. The Coyote used the SDS system to destroy on the Scorpion Warship and on the ground only one Cluster could retreat back to the remaining warship. The Scorpion send another taskforce to Foster. The system was held by the Steel Viper. The Scorpions show a good fight until the things goes wrong. The Steel Viper declared the Scorpions honorless and used their fullforce to overwhelm them. The Scorpion retreat. The Scorpion Warships take the Vipers from the orbit out via bombardment. After that the Scorpion won the battle. . Glory saw also fighting between Scorpion and other clan forces. The Fire Mandrills were damaged by the Steel Viper, but with the support of the Scorpions the hoped to gain a victory against them. The coaliton forces had difficults to find a common view. During the trial about the future way of the campaign the Vipers assaulted the forces. Only the support of the Warship save the Scorpion from total destruction. The Scorpion realized that the Vipers could not be wiped out via orbital strikes retreat offworld with the fire mandrill members as isola.

I do not have the resource book. But, what I can tell that towards the end of the Wars of Reaving Goliath Scorpians pulled out of Clan Space and went deeper into Deep Space Forming the Escorpión Imperio.

On at least two worlds, unauthorized genetic investigations exploded into mass violence. The deaths of hundreds of Umayyad civilians sparked several confrontations between Imperio and Castilian troops and armed Umayyad troops.
Status
The Imperio’s fragile balance was severely disrupted through the Coyote’s successful Watch operation. Even with the violence suppressed, the distrust and suspicion of the Umayyads has only grown. One Seeker group is tasked with discovering the truth of the matter, though so far little headway has been made. With the Umayyads being relegated to a status even lower than that of a labor caste worker, it is only a matter of time before they erupt into violent rebellion.
Both the Cobras and the Lions have initiated passive intelligence operations within the Imperio. It has been suggested that when dissension erupts once again, the Clans should take advantage of the situation. The addition of the Castilian worlds and their populations would be welcome resources to our long-term invasion plans.
