Might not want to test it in the testing grounds though, they aren't representative of the game yet.

Yes i sent them ticket too. Well i think these cool shots working same in testing grounds and in the match as well, but i will try it just to be sure.

If you're running a mech with 10 SHS and no pilot skills, then 18 points is 45% of the total heat capacity.
But if you've got elite skillz on a STK-5M, then 18 points is only 23% on the heat scale.

3*3= 9
or 133.333...%
lets take the percentages you mentioned
16%*1,333333...= 24%
so that means that the coolshot is working as intended. I dont see any problem at all with either ones.. and as Kmieciu wrote... they remove a fixed amount if heat points which is a different percentage depending on what your setup is. If you (Theoretically) have a mech where the scale is at 100% with only 18 heat points, then you will be able to cool your mech from 100% to 0% in one go.

It is my founder's Atlas with 14 DHS - 10 + 1 in engine and 3 outside of the engine and i have unlocked everything including all efficiences and cool boost.
