Running in the testing grounds I've tried to see at what ranges PPCs and ER PPCs stop giving damage. Seems to me that PPCs still do a painful amount of damage under 90 meters which is plain wrong...
ER PPCs however do very little damage within that 90 meters boundary... which is wrong again, they should still be painful though not at full force. But that only seems to be true at around 150 meters. Under 90 they simply are not useful, certainly not compared to the PPCs that give off less heat too...
Fix please?
