I don't think any of us know what we're doing. Picture the goon collective as a sort of gestalt Frank Spencer, whirling around, falling over, sending fragile objects flying... It should all end in disaster, but somehow something awesome always results.

Is this an advertising ploy? Gin up support for your cause, and maybe one or two will join you?

How can you ban a 160,000 person strong organization; block all of their IP? Tell them they can't say 'Goon'? Block/delete 160,000 usernames?

I'm sure I don't even have to type up how it would take less than 3.1415 seconds for them to circumvent all three of those methods.

Maybe you'll try and blackball them? Uhhhhh ... I think they'd like that. It's another color of balling they don't like. So, until you can come up with a method that would actually work, you're probably now a pretty pants-around-the-ankles target for them.

The capellans are somehow worried about the goonswarm joining their side exactly why? Shouldnt the other houses be more worried?

Guys I was excellent at the tabletop game(not really) and I know allllll the lore(not really) and I was pro at MechWarrior 3/4 like 13 years ago(not really) so I'm going to be so damn good at this First Person Shooter.

This is your opinion about a certain group of people who seem to be interested in playing and possibly spending money on MWO. You know who else wanted to exclude a certain group of people Hitler. Think about that one as you rage about events that havent even happened yet. I for one welcome anyone to this game that is willing to spend money and keep it alive. These "goons" fellow gamers have for sure did one thing they have brought a sense of humor to these forums and rescued us away from all this silly cannon babble..
