I'm not well versed on battletech lore so... about trying to find those from that district you were mentioning... I don't know if we qualify, but you're more than welcome to hop into our TS anytime you're looking to do some drops!
NS TeamSpeak --> TS.NStalkers.com
We have quite a few members who are in the same position as you, traveling with limited play time, that drop around that same time. Look forward to dropping with you!

Both the Ronin and Yakuza TS servers are quite open and host a variety of active Kuritan units...
Though there is some irony that the two most 'public' teamspeak servers are based on groups with a outcast nature in lore.

I wouldn't call those two TS servers the MOST public as far as HK is concerned. Both the NS and 9th Sword TS servers have been around since CB and welcome everyone.

I seem to recall you can't talk or move into any rooms on the 9th Sword teamspeak unless an officer sets you up first and I hadn't seen the NS teamspeak advertised as public, or openly list the address of it's teamspeak server before now. The Info NS gave me for the Servants of the Dragon Unit list did not included the teamspeak address only that they used TS3, thus I assumed it was privet.
My apologies if I was mistaken, I can add a link to the NS teamspeak on the Servants of the Drgaon thread if you wish it to be public knowledge.

Well, our TS is fully public and has been for some time. The HK Teamspeak has not only a channel set aside for our unit, but has a direct link to our teamspeak within the channel description. Our unit recruitment in both our post on the MWO forums and on the HK forums has our TS information clearly listed, and always has been. Lastly, on our site, in plain site is our TS information.
Whether or not our TS was listed in the Servants of the Dragon Unit information is irrelevant and out of our control. We’ve been a servant of the dragon since before MWO and will continue to be so until it is no longer possible.

We posted here quite a long time ago. HKunits.com is our redirect
http://mwomercs.com/...e-chat-servers/
You are right though I guess we should be more descriptive in the Servants of the dragon thread.
