Yeah but if we learn from observing, PGI will make Hero mechs for these 4 chassis and they will absolutely be better than the Phoenix variants in terms of quirks, engine rating, and hard points.

I would have spent 20€ for the smallest package if #1 the game wasn't as broken as it is atm and #2 if I could have picked the Thunderbolt instead of a small mech of any kind.

I would think sales of these packages will be poor until the game balance has been improved from its current state.

Joke set aside though, i am facing the dilemma myself since i first read about this. I am a huge battletech fan and it is awesome news reading such announcements, makes your heart pounding with excitement while drooling in front of the screen hehe.
But then the "what if..." comes to mind and breaks the current thought process. With more serious issues at hand, one can only wonder.... What if 3rd PV ruins my game experience or what if i'm still trying to cope with all this wonky hit detection after 3 months and get frustrated most drops into the game, rather than having fun....and all those "what if's...".
Well i think its a "weighting this over that" process for most. We'll see.

For what it was at the time, it was a great value (especially if you went up in purchase). It's really silly to expect retroactive upgrades of something that was more than appropriate at the time. These are different times and sales are just different.

Well I missed out on the founders (kinda glad I did), and this deal is so much better from what I hear. I already got which package I wanted now ... can I wait that long or will I go insane with drooling over the concept art?
