

Other non-meme balancing brainwaves:
- NARC allows insta-lock on the NARC'ed 'Mech (for all team mates), and the lock doesn't have to be kept for homing missiles (free shots!) -- imagine that in a light vs light =D
- ERPPCs do 10 damage at close range, but below 90 m, they inflict part of the damage to the shooter (up to 10 damage to the shooter at 0 m) -- or better internal damage ;D
- PPCs get an absolute min range of 180 m (0 dmg) -- or a bit less crazy a linear drop between 180 m and 90 m
- 'Mechs with large arm-mounted weapons turn and torso-twist slower (hello moment of inertia!)
- the scrotch hitbox is split up into two that become part of the legs instead of CT
- if a flamer hits a section WITHOUT heatsinks longer than 5 s continuously, all the ammo in that section explodes (bye-bye DHS leg ammo!)
