I finally leveled up my TBT-7M with the "speed tweak" efficiency, but two things happened:
I'm going to test in an actual match just to see if it's a training thing, but the Quick Ignition loss is surprising.

OK, in an actual match I'm going faster. I'm now just concerned about the loss of "Quick Ignition".

Yeah I noticed that efficiencies don't seem to take effect in the Testing Grounds.
As for Quick Ignition going away... that I don't have an answer for. >w>

Efficiencies in the testing ground are a known issue, glad you noticed it didn't impact in game.

Testing Grounds hasn't ever lived up to it's name. Map and opponent selection may be asking too much from these guys, but working efficiencies shouldn't be.
