So with the Victor coming out soon I wanted to to get either that or the Highlander but I don't really know the differences between them . They both seem to be pretty similar, a AC/20 or a gauss in the arm and jump jets. If PPCs stay unchanged will the only real difference be 2 or 3 PPCs? Stock it seems the only difference is it loses that LRM 20 and I'm assuming gains a little speed. Am I missing something here?

Victor Or Highlander

They are pretty similar. Basically your going to be trading speed for armor and a slightly less powerful weapons loadout if you go Victor. Of course that is if you try to build them similarily.
Victor will have much great top speed potential with the ability to mount a bigger engine in a lighter chassis and much better jumping capability (more JJs with less weight to move). Of course as I mentioned it will have alot less max armor, probably giving up at least 100 armor compared to the Highlander. Also the hardpoints will be different and might make a huge difference depending on your preferences. The standard variant of the Victor I believe will have 2 Ballastics in the Right arm and able to mount a Gauss. Unlike most Highlanders, the left arm will likely (hopefully) be two energy slots allowing for full articulation and good convergence with whatever enery weapons you mount that. Also all the missiles will be torso mounted. This will likely be a better layout than the Highlander.

Awesome thank you, I think I'll wait for the Victor then, as someone who often plays a dragon I'm used to trading armor for speed so that sounds right up my alley. I always liked them in mw4 but that doesn't translate to this often.
