Now if you have played as much as I have then you know sometimes you have no choice but to cap out a win or that is exactly what you did because the enemy forces never came back to defend their base. After which you where called a coward and more blah blah.

But more importantly you got the shaft of all great shafts. Only thing you walked away with was a win, not experience points really to talk about and the credits is just as bad. Why is this? well when you win it for your team your entire team gets a cap out bonus not just you (even the dead from what I understand). As for such all your hard work you put into to staying on the cap after sneaking around gets you diddly.

So I propose a solution to make a cap out a more viable way to earn experience when you are out gunned and out weighed. Other then just a shinny win among others why not give credits based on how much capping you did compared to other team mates who assisted.

For example, you get an amount based on 1 point of damage dealt to enemy mech. So why not get a point system for capping? this way if you cap 50% you get 50 cap points which then gets multiplied by what ever calculation you PGI would seem fit. Then after wards for a complete cap out the entire team will get less of a bonus because more of it is going to the player who did the capping then being shared among the team.

Last thought though, what if you don't get a full cap out? Well then sadly you don't deserve anything. To get this reward you for you doing 50% of the capping you must have a cap out otherwise why give a bonus at all? So in part this way you the player will get a better bonus then just end game few k credits and not even 100 exp for a cap out.
