Yeah, so that's never going to happen; it's too far from traditional MW games and canon. MWO follows on the legacy of the BT/MW universe, and for old school MW lovers like myself, this would be detrimental to the gameplay. AMS is your shield.

And the last thing that needs a buff, is LRMs. Where they sit now, is as close to perfect as they are going to get (a few more tweaks will probably be needed). LRMs are already a gamble, not knowing who has ECM and/or AMS.
