Server performance has always been a little questionable in this game (I tend to ping about double what I do in most others) but I don't know just where the servers are, so I have always been inclined to give it a pass. In the last few weeks though, my ping and loss have been rising in this game, and everything else I play has remained the same.

What brings this to a head though is the servers just starting to die in mid-match. Got a couple interesting screenshots for you:





In the middle of the match, the server suddenly disconnects, and every player is stuck walking in-place for about 30 seconds. Immediately after I realized what was going on, I minimized and made sure I could load google and checked that my pings were normal- and indeed, the streaming music I had been listening to was never interrupted either, so it's not a problem on my end.

Conversely, this may also not be a problem directly associated with PGI's servers either but instead with the hosting provider where the servers are located. The data is still relevant however and will be useful to PGI in going back to the provider to help track down the intermediate issues.

Have you also submitted this in a support ticket and included the screenshots and a DXDiag? PGI tends to look at these sooner than forum posts as it also allows them to populate their issues database.
