I finally finished my 28mm Scale Marauder Kit und I'd like to share a few pics. Originally I bought it as a resin garage kit some years ago, but last Christmas, motivated by MWO , I finally started working on it. In the end it got a bit darker as I intended, but I'm pretty happy with the result. It's the first time I used an airbrush and I really need a lot mor practice with that thing. It's also the first time I used pigments as you can see on the muddy feet.

Looks awesome!
U remember having my Models of it, and realizing just how impossible ti would have been for the thing to actually walk, let alone run...... so much as I love it, gotta say it needed a re-seeing, anyhow.
But static,still looks BA!

It's a garage kit I bought from Cananda years ago. I think it's a recast from a Macross 1/72 Glaug Officer Pod.

In the box it had been lying around for the last few years I found a little leaflet with the address of the shop, when I started building it last Christmas. Out of interest I checked it then. The store still existed, but they didn't have the kit anymore.

Somone made a gif of a running Marauder some time ago but it's not easy to find any more, the Mektek animation for MechWarrior 4 MekPaks is probable the best example of how it moves along with a few other examples

Nice, but they put additional joints in the shins to make it able to walk.

There is also the original animation from Macrossshowing it walking/running (though, the linked clip is actually from Robotech).
