Help Me To Calculate Heat Loss For Cs 6 And Cs 9 By 9.

I am pretty confused how to calculate heat loss for cool shot 6(cs 6) and cool shot 9 by 9(cs 9 by 9). Did they include cool boost upgrade to the math? And what basic efficiencies updrades such as coolrun and heat containment? And ofcourse these efficiencies are doubled becuase i finished upgrading my Atlases. So i have 14 DHS = 10+1 in engine + 3 external and i have everythig from above.
