Why is it every time I log onto HLvoice.com it is empty?

Depends when you log on. we have only been up a few months.. but we have a good showing. mostly on weekends unless you play on SAR time.

We are growing. we are not Huge or anything. taking it slow step by step.

We have 40+ active members. and over 250 in SAR but they play other games as well.

So its pot luck
