Petition For Community Warfare Details Prior To End Of Pheonix Sale

Not without some kind of details on what the game is going to be post-launch.
I am petitioning PGI to give us some kind of real, detailed information on Community Warfare prior to the end of the Project Phoenix sale.
Please give us some solid details on what we are paying into, because I can't justify another $80 for what we have, and believe it or don't, I really do want the Pheonix Overlord package.

Knowing the stats of the other two non-"hero" variants would be pretty awesome as well.

With 12v12 only on the public test server, potentially reaching the general server end of the month, I don't know that there will be enough to make the call. I keep on waiting for the patch that will finally begin to flush out this game, but that seems indefinite at this point.
To PGI: Make me buy it!
Oh and the Sarah Mech has been pushed to the 'No ETA' column. No offense, but I feel that this just epitomizes their inability to estimate/plan appropriately. I feel like this has got to change over time i.e. learning curve. But who knows.

Well they should probably not hold their breath for any more of my money

Worried is a strong word. But Community Warfare is what truly sold me on doing the Legendary Founder's pack.

Not sure if this was sarcasm or not.
But regardless, if all they intended is for the core game to be one dimensional, then they have succeeded. New content (assets) is great, but unless you drown people in an ocean of it, it won't keep anyone engaged for long.

But I agree, I want Overlord, but not until I know something about CW.

Demand transparency and accountability before committing more money to this game. Blinding throwing cash at them is NOT a good thing and only negatively reinforces the idea we're all complacent dullards that will eat up any deal. Despite problems with the game or lack of content.

I'm still having a lot of fun playing this game, despite its shortcomings.

What the F did i just read?Community Warfare is THE core feature.
And yes,i want community warfare information prior to the end of the phoenix sale too. That's the best thing they could actually do.Give us a really huge post with explanations and picture about it.It would definitely boost their Project Phoenix sales.

No it is not.
It is kind of like Clan Wars in WoTs. Sure alot of people will take advantage of it but even more will just casually drop in PUGs and never engage in CW and alot of them will spend alot of money.
CW is just a feature, definately not the Core.
Note: Please keep in mind that everyone has different opinions. To alot of people, including myself, I just don't give a crap about CW. I don't want to join a clan or a regiment and don't want to deal with being part of an organization. I just want to casually drop into a game and have fun. To that end, CORE features to me will be Gamemodes, Scenerio battles, NPC tanks/armored infantry, More mechs, more maps, etc. CW is very, very low on the list for me and this is the case for alot of people as well.

I has been over a year since we had any details of CW, which was supposedly one of the pillars of game play along with role warfare. Many founders (my self included) were sold on the idea of not just mechs slugging it out in yet another arena style shooter, but the "Deep metagame" of CW. If it ends up like clan wars from WoT, I'm done, I will take my money elsewhere and lament the loss of what could have been.
Viktor you can claim that a lot of people don't care about CW, but I can also say with confidence that a lot of people do care. The question you have to ask is will the latter group continue to pay to support a game where the feature they want most is not getting in, and if not, will the former group be able to keep this game afloat without them.
besides, we are not asking much, we are just asking for a few command chair posts on how it will function before the end of july (or at least before the end of project phoenix). You can argue as much as you want that it doesn't matter to you, but it matters to us and WILL factor in on my choice to purchase more into this game.
