If you are expecting us to pay for future content, could you please tell us on what the heck you are currently working specifically? On a regular basis?
I mean your Q&A is a great idea, besides the point that you mostly aren't delivering any useful information.
Most of the interesting questions remain either unanswered or are being fobbed off with answers like "SOON™", "...we keep that in mind" or "...in the future".
I know there is a huge fanbase of unthinking devotees, who are in strong faith that you won't screw up, but people with more gaming experience and less BTech-zeal are judging your game more objectively.
And, at least from my personal experience, the amount of your zealots is slowly dwindling.
Therefore some precise information on the direction of your development-process are mandatory for a lot of people's purchase decisions:
- Have you a team dedicated to the current balancing problems?
- If yes, which ones are currently being monitored? Specifically?
- What are your current ideas to fix those?
- Are you taking any of the community's ideas into account for solving those and if yes, which ones?
- Is there a vague E.T.A. on your patches, resp. hotfixes to adress these problems? 1 week? 4 months? I mean you have to organize your staff somehow, so you should know.
- Which features are currently in development regarding Community Warfare?
- What is your general concept behind CW?
- Can you state some examples on what I could spend those Loyality Points, for which I am supposed to buy a Bonus?
- Are you currently working on a way to implement a tonnage limit?
- If yes, what is the current state?
- Are you taking any of the community's ideas into account and if yes, which ones?
- Are you currently working on a rescale of the Mechs?
- If yes, vague E.T.A.?
- Are you currently working on balancing Hitboxes across the board?
- If yes, status, vague E.T.A. ?
- Is there an E.T.A. for future performance tweaks?
- On what are your team's ressources mostly focussed right now?
I could continue like this for hours. Because I have basically no intel about the future of this game. How can you expect me to invest money then?
Please improve the communication and interaction with your customers.
Thx

^ Nice.
Paul has also returned from a strenuous sojourn in places hitherto unknown (I've heard he joined an elite cadre of game designers who will only allow you into their secret society once you have killed a Kodiak with your bear hands, and have divined the future of your game through reading it's entrails), and has arrived charged with fresh faced enthusiasm regarding weapon balance. I can only assume things went well with the bear.
He has promised some aggressive, sweeping changes to weapon balance, specifically regarding viability tweaks to SRMs and partial defenestration of some of the high alpha deathboats striding the battlefield.
So things look good! You must resist the temptation to join the swelling ranks of the vociferously impatient, and be... patient.

"...once you have killed a Kodiak with your bear hands..."
Please, please tell me this was not a random spelling mistake?! I nearly spilt my morning coffee laughing - which is an almost life-threatening situation.

After launch we plan to work on a new HUD experience.
No firm dates, we have a concept ready when the team has some free time after launch.
No decisions have been made either way yet.
They will show up in the future at some point.
When we have the details on the tuning plans you will see it in the CC section. For now, hold tight.
It hasn’t been discussed internally yet.
No ETA, but we have plans for something along these lines.
It’s under review.
Nothing currently. Design is playing with it.
No eta yet.
After launch.
It’s in the works.
I’ll ask Dennis

Maybe because all of that information is common sense, or already available?

Post #5 is example of One big joke from Bryan Ekman.
Now we have Phoenix 'kickstarter' just to support PGI laziness
