Hello, just wanted your all's opinion on a build I got here:

http://mwo.smurfy-ne...bba5aa7a7e72736

4 ER LL
1 MG
AMS
300XL
1.31 Cooling
336 Armor

I've found that ER LL are nice as they are pretty effective on all mech types at all ranges, but they tend to attract a ton of attention.

Not really sure how I'd pilot this mech, probably start out by supporting assualts and trying to hit and run...

Not enough cooling, armour or speed. Drop the mg and AMS and up the engine to one that has 3 hs slots or better. Maybe 2erll and 2 ll with a streak srm or srm 4. Stay to the side of the fight, flank, harass and be a general pain in the ***. Once the big boys push you get in there and help finish off wounded and keep flankers busy. Don't try and snipe against boats or you'll get cored quickly, torso twist and raise your arms to help block ct shots. If fast enough try a BAP and chase down lights and RTB when called for. Super fun chassis or super frustrating depending how you play it. GLHF!

Try a xl300

2 erPPC
1 ultra ac5 with 3 rounds of ammo

Double heat sink

Perfect for hit and run and flanking.

Xl300 is slow enough that you're better off with a max engine Cataphract.

XL350 FLAME
XL325 FLAME
XL300 FLAME
XL300 ERLL FLAME

I vote for XL350
It has better cooling than your 4xLL build and while it doesn't have the range of the ERLL builds it's 105 kph with speed tweak or about 15 kph faster than with an XL300. It still runs hot and requires a really steady aim to be effective but with precision instant headshot capabilities on tap who cares.
