Hi, this is a video about a cool (i think) glitch in the mechlab with the Dragonslayer.
It happens to me randomly apparently when i go in the Camospec tab, and then
pressing cancel.

PS I know I may be wrong but I never seen that before!

Have it with Heavy Metal, too. Maybe a jumpcapable Mech thing?

My RS atlas did that once. It's my favorite and second oldest atlas... Sometimes I think it has a will of it's own... And it creeped the **** out of it the day it did that.

Because I was lying on my keyboard, my eyes lazily staring at him, I said to him "welcome back my old friend", a tear rolled down my cheek as I replied "don't you say hello to me anymore?". And that's when I knew...

I love this - my highlanders do it and I think its cute; like they are happy they have been painted ;D
I did have an atlas do it too, but it did the 'landing after jumping off a ledge' animation.

This is easily my favourite bug ever.

Considering that the mechlab is just a normal cryengine level like the maps but with a GUI overlay and that this is new this patch, what I think is happening is that the floor isn't completely flat.

So you rotate the mech around and he gets bumped up slightly. Exiting the camo tab then spins him round, but doesn't set him back on the floor. Now being above the floor and not being directly manipulated normal cryengine physics kicks in and he falls, triggering an animation and related sound effects.

Had it happen to me too with my Dragon Slayer, only it was from the loadout tab. We might be looking at something for UI 2.0 that they put into the game files to make the patch load shorter.

I never trust sites that DO NOT look the same as the official. People get hacked this way.

Don't worry. If your refering to the tu.be, I believe it has to do with... sorry if I'm wrong on this part, haven't done any web based programs in a while, but has to do I believe with the HTML code. It's not the first YouTube link I've seen that looks like that.

I saw this with my dragon once... same issue: it was post selecting a camo scheme and colors. Took me by surprise.

I caught my atlas mid-jump before it had an IK seizure that lasted until I switched mechs.

Happened multiple times with about every mech for me. Even jump-incapable ones as its the normal landing animation..
Usually, spinning the Mech a few times, then exiting the paint-window, does the trick.
