Just because you don't personally like it doesn't mean it is broken.

except this is a sim of a table top game and the machines used there, in TT atlas's could climb with their hands, mind you with all restrictions implied in place, if you are hillhumping, (so eloquent) no firing. IT is totally rediculous and absolutely against phsyics that a 35 ton mech, or any mech for that matter would be stopped by a pebble, rock, knee high outcropping etc.
When you launch off with trolls and disputes on feedback here, you sound derpy. For the people who are upset, its a new system from PGI and IGP-> see artemis, see current seismic, ppc buffs etc. This is full of fail, they are trying to address this, it will probably not be as quickly as we like, but it is beta. A very "real money" intensive beta...

The slow down/instant stop effect is kittens, its to much.
never in the ttg did a mech stop due an incline you halved your movement yes but not a RAMP that and wheeled vehicle could drive up in 1st or 2nd gear.
here is the thing in the battle tech Universe battle mechs are meant to be the top of the line battle platform.
How can mech be top of the line when they cant even climb a little hill without stopping?
In the games current state mechs would be torn apart by any demolisher team because the mech cant outmanoeuvre an 80 or 100 ton tank.
slow down the mech going up a steep incline sure but please scale this back it feels gimped or even budget.

And to MrStude2r5 - remember this is still a beta. It's pretty silly to take the stance of "make it like I want it or I'm going home"... and expect to get what you want. But hey, if you hate it that much - you may consider seeking an alternate form of entertainment... or... learn to adapt, overcome the challenge....

Funny, your post sounds like every other "u mad bro?" troll post out there...
Fun as it may appear, you fail to answer my question, so unless you have intentions of actually answering then please refrain from trying to make this into a simple poo-flinging.

u can hill hump exactly the same except now it requires u to run stupid diagonal lines to move around the map
Interesting... I always thought humping involved more thrusting and less strafing.

Why bother to answer a loaded question that seems designed to just throw the thread off-topic? OP is talking about mobility issues for heavies and getting stuck, not tactics.

You are apparently unable to grasp what I am getting at so I will spend no more time on you.
