The devs said they would try do that when U.I 2.0 comes out, i mean the PP mechs come with their own so i don't see why future hero mechs wouldn't. (it was something about the current u.i. not being able to handle bundles or something to that end)

The stuff in bold explains exactly the issue. If you filled up the mechbays, you can't buy a new mech... so the idea to bundle the mechbay with the hero mech (especially when they are on sale) is a problem. It is mostly a UI issue as the backend coding to accomplish this isn't too difficult to pull off. Since the game itself isn't advanced enough internally to handle it, that is why the option isn't available.

Once UI 2.0 is up, it should address the issue.

Would this mean that people who had bought hero mechs prior to UI 2.0 would get additional mech bays for their hero mechs?

I would hope so.

I wouldn't keep my hopes up on this if they promised it.

These would probably be designed for random sales, and not for "going back in time for a special refund".

That would be awesome if they compensated current owners with bays.

This needs to be a thing one main reason I don't buy hero mechs is I don't want to have to spend money on mech bays also and the hero mech since all my bays are filled >.> So when they get around to putting this in maybe they can have my money finally.

In fact I think Champion Mechs or any regular mech purchased with only MC should come with the mechbay.

Or, you know, they could just knock 300 MC off the price... And refund 300 MC per Hero to existing owners

If they plan to provide bays to HM purchases in the future, can we get bays for each HM we already have retroactively? Pretty please?

Somehow I doubt they would do this due to $$$. Right now it works exactly as the WoT "premium tank" model where you have to buy a garage slot first and then buy the "premium" vehicle to store it in.

Aye. While it's a hassle, I don't see why they would slash a source of revenue.
