Hi,
I know the game is still in some strange Beta state (live Beta??), so this might help the devs (I haven't read all the forum posts).
I have a i7-3820 OC'ed to 4.7 GHz, 16 GByte RAM, P9X79 mobo and Sapphire HD 7970(ATI). The game runs great with no real graphic problems (not even the ATI "flicker") until I play Frozen City when detail on the "glacier?" ice cliff faces disappears and the cliffs appears uniformly flat off-white, this would not be a problem if the drops into the ravines did not also appear uniformly flat off-white leading my mech to march off to oblivion (at least it doesn't drop out of the world)
I have the catalyst control centre set to app control would overriding this help?
All drivers are current.

This kind of thing might better fit into patch feedback

Turn on v-sync, works for most people with this issue.

One common cause of this phenomena is a corrupted shaders file. You can typically solve this issue by deleting your shaders cache or by doing a reinstall if that doesn't work.

This never fixed the issue for me the only thing that did was turning on v-sync. frozen city was the only map that I had (and still do have) problems with.

Turned on v-sync and the "flicker" started. I will try deleting the shaders cache and if that doesn't work, re installation :-(.
If any mods are reading this could this thread be moved to patch feedback.

Instead of running the game in fullscreen, try running in full window. (won't notice it's windowed)
I had a problem with textures turning grey, someone suggested full-window mode. Never had a problem since then.
Worth a shot...

I am getting exactly the same problem. My system is based on an i5 2400, Intel H61 board, 8GB DDR3, Sapphire HD 7790 OC Dual -X. It only happens in Frozen City, especially Night.

Try the Repair Tool and even if it shows no error click the green "Fix" button when it has done the checks on the Installation.
For some reason it helps me with graphic bugs - it clears the Caches that way...

Quick update, the V-Sync thing worked for the HD 7790 OC.
