The design of the Atlas is very good and would be great that could be used several versions of the designs so that the leveling fence Mech. :)

I am happy someone is attempting this, and its pre-clans (not by much). But I am also worried that it will turn into the Mechwarrior line of games where they took the basic rules of Battletech, you know the game that Mechwarrior was based off of. And throws them out the window. The best Battletech/Mechwarrior sim was Multi-Player Battletech: 3025 and Solaris VII, by EA and Kesmei, respectively. My hope is that they can make a game that remains faithful to the Battletech franchise and still is fun to play. Only time will tell.

Tryptic, are you the guy who composed Next Move for MW4: Mercs, or did you just take the name because you liked the composer's name? I ask because I loved Next Move.

The future art direction of the Battletech universe is within capable and safe hands with Mr. Iglesias.

Very cool! Do you think they'll give you an opportunity to compose something for this game, or.... (pinky finger to right lip corner, raised left eyebrow, really bad faux-English accent) are they already? :D

Man IM soooo happy for you. though deep down im jealous as hell too lol.

To be apart of such a iconic serise. its like a starwrars or /trek fan being asked create the franchise and breathe life into it again.

Now ofc we all stalk your deviantart page lol

I'd like to see Alex Iglesias' updated rendition of the Imp. Heck, even if it isn't in the game, I'd like to see how he performs ferro-steel surgery on that monstrosity.

There's too many 'Mechs to list that [I feel] need a cockpit-lift.

I have to admit, a lot of the concepts for the Atlas look much better than the Atlas we ended up with. Having the head below the shoulders really makes the mech look... incorrect or something.

The Atlas from the MW3015 trailer looked absolutely perfect. I'd much rather see MWO use that Atlas or any other of Alex's concepts than the one featured on this website.

Not "where?", but "when?"
In 3058 (2021 in real time line) I guess.

Using MechWarriors to kill Furries.... not bad. Never though of that.
