I have sent a ticket to support, twice actually cause the first one didn't show up after 1 hour. It's been 10hours now I still see "There are no tickets to display." at my ticket section, is there something wrong or should I be sending another ticket regarding to this incident? ;)

I sent a ticket regarding to my account problem, I can't remember exactly what it said when i summit it, but it was something along the line... your ticket should be displaying in a few min.

Yeah got that too sometimes, after refreshing the page the tickets usually come back. Still annoying though.

Can you look at or get someone to look at my support ticket? it still haven't been answered / showed up at my ticket section
