So I was debating whether or not to buy the Phoenix package. I want to put PPC's on everything but I am unsure if it would be more OP than any mechs that are currently out. So, in order for me to decide if a 6 PPC Battlemaster is better than a 6 PPC Stalker, I'd like to know everyone elses input! Please post smurphys of PPC's on everything, slight tweaks with armor and heatsinks possibly - so I can be certain whether or not spending $80 on something that doesn't boat PPC's as well is a good idea.

Oh, and I don't run PPC builds very often - that's why I'm asking for YOUR input! Mainly focusing on those hardcore players who see nothing wrong with this current meta. Send this forum post some smurphys of your original PPC ideas!

It's going to depend on how the ingame model turns out.

6 ppc's are possible (and 7 but only with the use of XL engines and weak, and i mean hunchback thin weak, armor as well as full elite skill trees for the extra 20% heat cap)

You forgot to add the gauss rifle to the left arm. I'd love to see PGI teams get crushed repeatedly by teams of eight 7 PPC + gauss turretmasters.

Might just spur them to fix the current state of retardation the game is trapped in.

Screw PPC's im waiting for the meta to change with Clan tech and it will be "how man Ultra AC/20's can i fit on this mech" and then even further in the future how man HAG's can I fit. This is the trend the game is taking. Good? Probably not, but its the trend.

Your wrong. It is a 7 PPC Battlemaster, not a 6 PPC Battlemaster. Get your facts straight.

Seriously, I am guessing this is a fun attempt with an underlying sarcastic complaint about PPCs hidden in the message. Don't you have better things to do then harp about a weapon that really isn't all that broken? (Boating is a bit of an issue but the PPC itself isn't.)

Perversely, the deciding factor in picking a 175 over a 170 is that 4 heatsinks wouldn't fit in the slots.

About 13 PPC's can fit into the Phoenix Package, but only 13 if Clan ER PPC. That's a lot of PPC's for your money.
