That is a direct lie. One of your Dev's said in game, that part of the heat system is in place. (He also said your squad is green).
Player feedback is also showing it's in-game. So why deny it? Or is there some change that's similar to it? Idk if its your system, but some system is in place that increase heat. AC-2 (Quad) can't even run effectively because of the .5 second rule. They shutdown in just a few shots.

I'll counter with 2 questions.... why argue and why *would* he lie.
If it was in game, he'd just tell us.
And it's not. You might be seeing something else. So if you ARE seeing odd heat or something else going on please report it. Otherwise, the build is pretty much the same as on the normal servers (As far as I know the only difference is the minimap icons )

yeah i have tried a few mechs out and nothing has changed. Certain maps like forest seem a bit cluttered but maps like tourmaline seem a lot better 12v12.
Now if we can just fix the PPCs issue we would be set

Can you guys just drop this overly complicated idea and just increase PPC heat?

Your little "heat scale" will do nothing to stop 2x ERPPC + 2x PPC boats which are in my opinion, more effective and useful than a vanilla 4x PPC boat.

If you feel like PGI is Lieing to you, then that's your choice. But I highly doubt they intentionally deceive anyone, and have never personally heard or seen, anyplace where someone at PGI deliberately LIED to anyone.

I reserve the right to be wrong, as the game currently cant be recorded to test heat levels (Test build anyway)
But based off eye judgement, you might have been correct. Heat values might have been changed, but your system is currently not in place.
If you truly are correct (Still have word of another dev counteracting your statement), then i must say i'm sorry for a possibly rash insult to you paul!
