Ranty, totally devoid of upper case letters, and broken grammar. The hallmarks of a trolling post, but no style, no substance. 2/10 though because I laughed a little.
I am disappointed.

Just aim for the legs. Don't bother with centre mass.
Hit detection aside, the reason lights stay up so long is because they're small enough to spread out the damage across 5 sections. Their legs on the other hand can be hit from any direction.

It's simple - to hit light, fast-moving mech you usually need to lead your shot, and that means weapons converge on some point behind (and in front of) desired target. It isn't a problem when you shot at bigger and slower mechs, because hitboxes are bigger and all/most shots will still hit targeted mech (even specific section of it).
With lights it's different - you can fire 4 PPCs, register a hit, but actually only one of shots hit and others just went a little (but enough) off - in front/back/between legs or sth.

It just takes a lot of experience to deal with them properly.

3 on 1 i won, i was pretty beat up at the end on 30% but i took on these seemingly invincible lights so i dont see why others cant do the same.
OP is obviously trolling but i have to say lights are hard to hit as they should be but are not impossible to deal with unless your using some odd build like duel gauss with no back up lasers and a total inability to lead your target.

By themselves, they normally don't pose the biggest threat. Nothing is more devestating than two lights running around you in circles in opposite directions tearing you apart. You face to fire one of them, and the other shoots you in the back. That is good teamwork though, and effective because of that. Can't really blame people for being good pilots and working together.
Although the lag shield is definently a pain when hitting lights, the thing I want to balance the chassis out the most is knock-down.
Like I have said before, Lights running at 140kph smacking into buildings, terrain, and bigger mechs without any negative repercussions is crap. If knock-down isn't going to be implemented again, at least make the light mechs suffer some descent damage from 100+ kph collisions. Something more than 1 point to armor in the left leg...occasionally. You smack into a mech or building at some crazy speed, loose some descent armor.

I am death incarnate.
If your getting mauled by lights, its most likely because your alone.
Good light pilots are like wolves.
They hunt in pack and take down the weak or sick members of the herd that get separated.
Don't be the weak or sick member of the herd. Don't go off by yourself rambo style and you will find lights much easier to deal with.
