Will9761 It was created completely in photoshop, now i'm working simultaneously on two concepts and try to come up with the fastest and easiest way to create them (experimenting with the compound 3d and drawing), and then I write a make off

I had to shrink the AC10 down to better fit the turret, but that also meant lengthening the gun barrel so it didn't look like a snub gun (Or a Derp Gun for those of you who play that other game... ). When I was thinking about how to do the small laser, it was an easy thing to do since I instantly thought to use the concept art from the guys here at MWO. So the small laser is based on the MWO design in order to keep with the aesthetic of the rest of the tank. Mounting it as a coaxial weapon to the main gun is an easy choice.
Instead of an indentation into the front of the turret with a Centurion's gun arm wedged in there, I made a simple mantlet as a design test. I also ended up dropping the Centurion's lower arm actuator that was in Teliri's design since it clipped parts of the hull when I tried to depress the gun and rotate the turret. To better fit the extended hull, I also had to lengthen the turret. So like the hull, I chopped off the back end, added a spacer and welded everything back together.
Right, then! Here's a couple of renders.

Yeah, OK. I can make a small gun turret for the laser. There's plenty of space for it. But what do you mean when you said that it looks impressive and pathetic?

Probably just a translation error.
haha Yeah, that's what I figured. Translation error combined with two thoughts going at once. I've done that myself, and my native language is English!
OK, I believe I'm done with this model. Especially since I can't think of too many things to add to it at this point. Well, OK I can, but here's what I got so far. Finished the detail on the mantlet and built the sensor/laser tower. Also some other fixes that aren't visible like the extra geometry that crept in when I edited the turret base. Minor tweaks and adjustments. Stuff like that.
Here's the 3/4 view.

I do not want You to get bored while I'm long and tedious drawing another vehicle, so, to entertain You, I decide to show You a long-standing and not a finished concept art of Valkyrie mech, I know that it has never to be completed... enjoy
I just realized this mech is possible in the game now. PGI, steal this!

50/50 odds at best.
There's a lot of ultra-fine detail that may have trouble printing.
As a general rule detail wants to be at least 0.05mm for the high end laser printers (like shapeways) and horizontal detail on decent FDM printers, and 0.1mm vertical detail.
At Tabletop scale, there is a LOT of detail that just wouldn't be viable, though a good SLA printer may pull it off for the most part, if the model is prepped properly.
As an example, this is my 'Erwin Tank' design (a not-rommel) specifically for printing at TTS on a FDM printer.
I could add a bit more detail, but for TT scale, this should be enough really.
On a side note - the Pattons Small Laser and Flamer are Front mounted, so shouldn't they be on the tank chasis ratehr than the turret?
