"Go play COD" is what you say when they take advantage of teams not defending anything? or is it because they use tactics instead of running around shooting it out in the middle?

Clearly having an objective beyond "murder the other guys" is too damned complicated for OP. I can suggest a few alternate games that might be up to your level of complexity: Connect 4, Crossfire (pronounced Crossfiyaaaa!!!!), Dream Phone or Hungry Hungry Hippos.
