Simple suggestion.
Get rid of the bases in Assault.
Assault should be a simple deathmatch without capture,
or make a new game mode called Deathmatch.
Base capturing in assault doesn't make sense, all it does is annoy everyone when some light decides to capture it for a while and then leave, or just capture it completely without fighting.
We already have conquest for that.

Hi Kazma, we have been down this path before. Generally speaking it is agreed that there should be a TDM mode without bases. What I would like to see, to get around your last point, is for the bases to be armed; not heavily, but enough to make a light think twice before going in alone.
Maybe something like a proximity mine field or a couple of MG arrays controlled by the AI.

i think they should boost the assault cbills reward,i should assault to better hone my skills but just cant afford to, i can get more cbills losing a conquest than winning an assault.
