Click that menu item at the top of the page that says, "Support." That'll show you the proper email address.

When you buy the camo, you are also buying the colors that go with it... which is where the missing 1000 MC may have come from. That may be part of the problem...

actually that's not how it works. You buy the colors on the mech. If you left the unique camo colors on, then you get and pay for the camo colors. It is a really, really shady system they have set up. In japan it would be criminal.

I should have rephrased that. The game does attempt to "force by default" you to buy the colors that goes with the camo w/o asking you whether you want to include+buy their default colors.
The way to "test this out".
Select a mech that is not "special" (any mech you can buy with c-bills will suffice) and that you have bought NO camos for.
Pick a camo out (any camo you want, for the sake of testing, except for the PC Gamer camo if you happen to have it). See how much it will cost you to buy it. You will see that price of the camo (even the one that's on sale) AND you will see colors that have been selected that normally go with that camo... that is where PGI gets you... which technically should be illegal. It cannot be assumed that the one purchasing the camo wants the colors to go with it (although it's great for a preview, but that's it).

Shady? It literally lists everything you're buying and the total at the bottom, like any other online purchase. Frickin Caveat emptor people.
