Victor Lower Arm Actuator

The VTR-9B and 9S do not have a lower arm actuator and yet are still able to have horizontal movement on their right arm. I thought having no lower arm actuator only allowed that arm to pivot laterally.

Am I mistaken?

The other arm does have a lower arm actuator. For simplicity's sake, they just cut the distance the arms can move in half. They did the same thing with the Highlander.

I can understand it though, otherwise it would require 3 reticules.

PGI does need to think of something. I believe it would add a bit more of that authentic battletech.
