It is not one of the Celestials. I'll give a bit more of a hint:

by "sword" I do not mean a literal sword
the chaos I refer to is before the Jihad, you can think more literal here
and to narrow it down a bit, its a medium mech

It has to be a Buccaneer, the Initiate is produced on Earth, the Buccaneer on Gibson, both are medium WoB mech manufactured in the Chaos March... (Word of Blakes emblem is a broadsword on the Comstar embel for those who do not know)

Sorry, I was out of town unexpectedly for a couple days.

Both the Buccaneer and the Initiate are incorrect. The idea that it is produced in the Chaos March is correct, though it is not on Terra, and I think Gibson is in the Free Worlds League (or was at the time, I'm not really sure how the FWL is divided up post-jihad).

Since a new riddle is posted and I'm not clever enough to come up with more clues without giving it away I will reveal that I was thinking of the KW1-LH2 Linholder produced on Epsilon Eridani and using all circa 3025 tech. The "sword" I was metaphorically referring too is its paired LRM 5 rack on the right arm that look like they are in the right torso.
