Well, it's still waaaay better than the sales we had the last few months...

Ah yes, you are right, I stand corrected. I knew it was a Holiday, guess I lost track of which one. Regardless, it never hurts to ask. Who knows, it could turn up as a Challenge prize someday.

Uhm.. so now everyone has my once "unique" Xmas lights for half the price? don't get me wrong, i don't really care that my X-mas lights are no longer unique.. my issue lies with the fact that, if i had known that PGI was going to pull them out for half that price (in the Middle of July?) because they haven't made any summer cockpit items... i wouldn't have bought them in December of 2012 for 1250MC in the first place. why am i ever going to buy any more high-MC "limited time" cockpit items if you're just going to bring them back a few months later for cheap?

Since October of 2012 when i began playing MWO, i have said that the state of the meta-game will never cause me to stop playing the game, and i have thusly lauded all of your efforts.. but this cheap, lazy trick for easy money has made me re-consider buying any more MC..

*TL:DR* "limited time items" should be limited time items only, not subject to an arbitrary 50% resale 7 months later.

Guys i'm not throwing a fit or anything, but please put some effort in to the "limited time" cockpit items that you put out, don't cheat the people who subsidize the game by re-releasing the exact same items arbitrarily at 50%.. this was a obvious money grab, and it required no effort to accomplish.. this founder/phoenix contributor/MC spender is feeling a bit cheated .. does anyone else agree? if so, make it known!

thoughts and/or comments from PGI are more than welcome. apologies for the wall of text.

I bought the 3050 holo back at new years then they gave it out for free just for playing the game. In the end it really doesn't matter to me and I haven't even thought about it again. It's just like getting the victor for MC when I paid cbills for my 3. Except in this case it's something no one even enjoys(or even knows you have) except for the owner.

I'm not sure if they claimed the christmas stuff would be limited time only or not back last year, as they may even use the same stuff next year. (Just as a side example LoL uses mostly the same stuff every year for their "holiday packs" with usually only 1 or 2 new things).
