Bishop I think you should also rework the bandolier bandit urbie....so you can have a cops and robbers hero release.

who else knows of the weapons called 'mass drivers'? they are essentially oversized gauss weapons. and they are very useful if your opponent lets you. but anyway here's the point I'm getting at. load an Urbanmech into a mass driver as 'special ammo' fire it at a Timberwolf (any other mech works fine) leading an enemy force all in a line from the mass driver. fire at lead mech, resolve shot as per normal, work out speed of impact. if enemy mech is still alive resolve collision. automatically fail piloting roll, skid for ages, watch the enemy mechs fall over, this works best with danger mostly to enemy mechs in adjacent hexs. with this method I killed with one Urbanmech: 6 Timberwolfs (2 Prime, 1 A, 3 C) 4 Hunchback IIC, 20 Combine harvesters (various types), 1 Rifleman IIC, 20 buildings, 90 Bridge hexes, 20 Urbanmech IIC. it only stopped when it hit a water hex. sadly the mech did not survive.

That my UrbanSpider (And Yes I do Drive it, been working on the other spiders to make the Urbanspider even Meaner) I have Solo'ed a Dual AC10 K2 mech and won before. (Both of our mech were fresh at the start of our fight and the Urban mech walked away on RiverCity fighting for Theta early in the match)

I've been getting better results with the 5D build. RA ERPPC/TAG, CT MdPulse, ECM, Beagle, AMS. If I don't get focused down by 3+ assaults (a common occurance when the team falls apart), I'm averaging 200-280 damage per match. With the 5K, I'm only getting 150-180 damage (but doesn't have a heat problem, like the 5D).
Dropped on Wednesday; 10th mech to die when targetted by 3 assaults, 4 heavies and a medium on Terra Therma...
